For AI reply generation, relevant message text, conversation context, and the business’s instructions may be processed through the OpenAI API. Instagram account identifiers are not sent to OpenAI.
Hardlex AI does not use Instagram data for advertising, data sales, independent profiling, cross-customer profiling, or AI model training.
Authorized business users can delete stored individual messages through the HDX V5 panel or disconnect the connected Meta account. Disconnecting the account removes the associated Instagram data from Hardlex AI systems in accordance with the published deletion process.
